If you haven't seen Jiro Dreams of Sushi, I highly recommend you watch even just the opening scene - especially if you find yourself looking for which direction to take your work. In the photo: sushi master Jiro Ono serving lunch. Eternal special thanks to for all the hard work setting up this shoot (see you very soon!).
